Patricia was born in Buffalo, New York and moved to Florida in 1982. Even though she first started her art education in 1996, she has won multiple awards for her work over the past 11 years at various local art association shows as well as in North Carolina. She has studied under numerous watercolor instructors from the American Watercolor Society and the Florida Watercolor Society. She continues to seek and learn new techniques as her work exemplifies.  She mainly works from her studio at home in Tarpon Springs, Florida.

During the summer months she works from her studio at her home in Brevard, North Carolina. She belongs to Studio 1212, Tarpon Springs Art Association, Creative Artists Guild, Dunedin Fine Art Center, Beach Art Center, Art Sarasota, Connestee Falls Art League of Brevard, NC and Hendersonville Art League of NC, International Society of Acrylic Painters, West Pasco Art Guild, Florida Watercolor Society and Transylvania Art Guild in North Carolina.
