Like most artists, Henri has dabbled in many different mediums and art forms.  As far back as she can remember, color, design and fashion have always been a fascination.  Her first influence was her mother, who was considered the "Martha Stewart" of her day.  As she grew and watched her mother work her magic on many projects, she knew her life's work would always include paints, fabrics and textiles.  As a child, she can remember designing her own fashions for her paper dolls because the ones that came in the package were too ordinary.  It wasn't long before she earned her own set of art supplies and was off and running.

As a previous needlework retail owner, she was allowed the opportunity to work with beautiful yarns and design sweaters that were exciting enough to catch the attention of a buyer from Saks Fifth Avenue.  At the same time, she was able to design and paint needlework canvases and next she was talking with buyers from Walt Disney World and shipping merchandise to their shops.

She is self-taught for the most part although has attended countless workshops for one kind of art or another and will always sieze the opportunity to attend more in the future to further her interest in watercolor and mixed media collage.

Henri is currently designing jewelry and handbags and her customers love her designs.
